Please note - we had a last minute addition after my post earlier today - number 4. If anyone wishes to change their selection, you should be able to do so.

Thanks for showing these bows Tom.I really thought there would be a lot more entries.
Good examples of straight tipped versus recurved and osage versus yew type bows. All well tillered and doing their thing well and just a matter of preference to the voters.Good luck to the competitors.

A great collection of work here, just happy to be apart of it. Good luck fellas.

Congrats Jeff! Great work.

I think it's like Ed said again. Nice selection of bows to choose from. I think Jefff's tribute bow to Fred had a little extra love put in it that really made it shine.
Congratulations Jeff, that's a very special bow and very nicely done.
Thanks everyone for entering

Turn out for voting was rather low I'd say though.
-
Congrats Jeff. You sure nailed that tiller. Great work!

Thank you all. To be honest, when I saw the other entries, I did not think I would win. They are all really, really nice looking bows, and I am always in awe of the craftsmanship of the everyone here.
Ed, I was also surprised by the low turnout in voting. In the past I have received messages in my email to vote for bow of the month. I wonder why that was discontinued? Maybe even a reminder in the bows section to come and vote would help.

That's odd. I sent out an announcement like always. Did anybody get it? I did.

I saw the announcement, Tom.
Jeff, to my eye your bow is the epitome of everything an osage recurve ought to be. Clean and classic but with some character in the stave, plus fantastic tiller and really putting the wood to work. Great job in a close contest!
