So I found this red rock while walking and it had a flake removed so it piqued my curiosity, right size for a point to. Maybe with some heat treating?

Actually, nevermind, this stuff is full of internal cracks, I’ll find another piece first

Yeah, I was traveling last week and picked up stuff that is close but not quite knap worthy.  Tricky.
