While resawing 5/8" thick clean laminations of red cedar [in background going to Mo Jam with me] I end up with some red cedar full of knots.Thing is to think of a useful use for them then. This is a bench 3' long and 3" thick. While splitting firewood I resawed some osage legs for it.I'm afraid it'll get confiscated by Robin as a plant stand though in the future.....lol.
On top of the bench is a shoe horn from scrap piece of gemsbok and an osage handle for it too.I use that putting on these dyers moccasins
of mine.Pretty handy tool really.

Too nice!!!!Robin has her eyes on it already.I'll keep my shoe horn though.....lol.

Perhaps she will reserve you enough space on the bench
to allow you to horn on your moccasins. )W( :BB

Real nice job crafting the bench! Moccasins dryer is an added twist! Looks real solid! If it takes a walk at MOJAM, it may be at my tent! >:D (lol)!

Hawkdancer...I plan on taking the bench to Mo Jam.Dyer moccasins are a makers' brand of moccasin.

She certainly does have a green thumb Ed. Very nice. I'm sure it'll look even better with a bit of greenery on it. Like the horn shoe horn.
