Title: Paul Smith AKA: GUTSHOT (UPDATE)
Post by: Balsatech on August 10, 2018, 09:57:28 am: I know a lot of you guys know, have met, or done trades with him. Many like me call him a friend. He stopped by my house yesterday unfortunately I was not home. I called him after work and in talking with him he told me he's having to deal with something all us guys need to keep a check on. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he goes into surgery next Fri. The 17th. ( Mod,s hope this is ok to post.) Got a text from Paul yesterday eve. Biopsy came back neg. for cancer. Surgery still on.

Now the doctors have found a 2” mass in my colon this past Monday. They are acting fast and will go into surgery Aug 17th to have a section of my colon removed. It’s a 3 month recovery and the docs says I should recover fine. I appreciate all the kind words and prayers.

All is good with no cancer. What a blessing. My wife Stephanie has had a hard time with all we have been through the last 5 weeks. When they told us this today we where relieved with the out come. The doctor has now released me to go back to work Monday and on with everyday activities. Those fish and deer better watch out.
