Title: checking trail cams.
Post by: ntvbowyer1969 on September 06, 2018, 12:53:43 pm
Well the set ups look great this year. A lot of deer in the pics and a couple good bucks. I was surprised in the one pic. to see this big boar black bear. Made me get the goosebumps and the hair stand up on my neck as i looked through the rest of the pics and reset the camera.(http://[img]https://i.imgur.com/uExripm.jpg)

All things considered in a favorable scenario you should have a good year there getting decent shots in your area. You live in a very nice area it looks like.Nice pic. Most times I'm a meat hunter so body size is a priority here but if a big 5 to 6 year old buck comes by the better. We've got em here and have but mostly 2 to 4 year old animals are shot.No bears though but would'nt mind a shot at one someday.I've eaten some of them before too and they're good.
Cool your using all your own self made self bows.I do too.I generally stick with 1 bow for the season.Goal this year for me is to shoot 3 for meat here.
In the beginning making bows I wanted to shoot a deer with each bow I've made.I got a little behind doing that...lol.
Good luck this year!!!
