George,,,Nice bow. I know it shoots as good as it looks. Have you been hunting with it yet?
-
I haven't had it out for deer, but did take a squirrel with it. Planning on late season for deer and small game.
-
thats great Goerge, a squirrel lot harder to hit than a deer,, :)
-
Nicely made bow George thanks to the work Brad did. What are more of the specifics on the bow with more pics...Length/poundage and draw length?
-
I know Brad makes an awesome bow. You're a lucky man. 8)

The bow is 65" from string notch to string notch. It's 43# on my Hansen scale @ 28" and I draw just a tad over 27".

Nice bow! Enjoy and good shooting!

I really enjoyed making this bow for George, I knew he had a deep appreciation for archery in general, from reading his post on archery history for more than 20 years,,, he didnt know I was making the bow,, so I had no time frame,, and just took my time to get it just right,it brings me great satisfaction to see it out in the woods getting used,, almost like a part of me is there,, I can only hope is keeps shooting for seasons to come,, :)

Very nice bow made by a great bowyer hope it brings you long enjoyment, I have always enjoyed your writings George particularly remember one about you and your lemon wood bow old buck I believed you called it ,man I read that a lot of years ago ,I guess my memory's better then I thought !
