Title: Ugly Brownies!!
Post by: TovinoThomas on November 23, 2019, 04:34:48 am
Ok y’all, my homemade brownies taste fine but they always end up with tiny holes all over on top. I don’t know how to describe it - basically they don’t cook smooth on top like you would see when baking a box mix. I thought maybe I was over-beating the batter and maybe there was too much air. Anyone have any input? First world problems, I know.fedloan (https://nitroloan.onl/fedloan/) irs.gov (https://easytax.onl/irs/) easybib (https://citeref.com/easybib/)

Please keep your posts family friendly!
It they taste good I wouldn't worry about it. If it bothers you that much you could pour chocolate sauce or whipped cream over the top.

Plus 2, Pat!  You might add a TBS or 2 of cream cheese to the batter, or make a cream cheese frosting that will fill the holes.  I do think the little holes are harmless, though!  The kids won't mind at all!
