I think this is probably the heaviest bow comparing to all other bows I found on the internet.
I made a video trying to pull the 240lb longbow lmao

I bought it from Archerybowman,
Quad Lam Bamboo+ Amazon Forest Ipe + Hickory +Amazon Forest Ipe
*Added the word forest so people don't think I bought it at Amazon.com lol
I am converting this to a long powerstroke Chinese Crossbow, just struggling with making the trigger at the moment

you are going to tear your rotator cuff

A cocking crank might be very helpful! An appointment with your surgeon might be appropriate, as well. Just saying, of course! (lol) (--)?

Well that's 550 wasted....;)
Honestly dude....you are nowhere near ready to pull that bow. Stop, put it down and walk away!
Calisthenics would be a good thing for you to get into now while you are young.

I watched both vids on youtube - you are probably insane - but in a good way!
Try not to hurt yourself, and good luck with the crossbow! Word of warning - if your prod lets go in a certain way at full draw, that thing is going to take the top of your head off so over build it and be careful.
If it works - should be impressive. I like the idea of a long power stroke crossbow.
If you want, I can send pics of a testing prod that was made for the MR replica bows before Simon Stanley came along.
All wood - so doable without metal parts!

I never knew why there were 2 nocks on warbows and now I know
