Here's half of the sturgeon skins I fleshed and tacked out the other day. The other half of the board is full too. That about whooped me. Felt satisfying to get it all done though. (https://i.imgur.com/0QYwCqp.jpg)

We have Sturgeon in 2 local rivers but trying to harvest any will get you into deep trouble

Thanks. Yeah, I'm learning each time I do it. This was the fastest I've been with the best results. Keenan gave me some pointers that helped a lot.

The seasons are super limited here in the states. Some years they don't allow any to be caught. These were all from a caviar farm here in the US so it's not impacting native populations at all. These are Russian sturgeon.
