Title: Domestic roses for arrow shafts?
Post by: AtomicWrangler on October 10, 2020, 01:16:52 pm
Hey all,

I want to buy and grow roses for arrow shafts, will domesticated roses work for arrow shafts or are they just too thin/weak? should i search for some multiflora instead?

thanks a bunch :)

Probably any rose that produces long canes will make arrows. i wouldn't plant multiflora rose. I becomes very invasive. Find some in the wild and get your shafts from them.
