Title: Corned venison for St. Paddy’s Day

This one came out well.  I like to cure it with gobs of aromatic spices.

Looks nice!  I plan to try that with an elk brisket next year.

I can do without the cabbage!  Horrible Oder!  Worse than the smell of the AB brewery on Petztellozi St in St. Louis.  But, to each his/her own!

I just had the best corned beef ever! always loved st patties day for the dinner my family has!

Since corned beef is NOT traditional in Ireland, but a recent adaptation by Irish immigrants rubbing up against eastern European Jews in the slums of New York, I decided to go All American with my corrupted St Patrick's day feast.

I cracked a can of Guinness and served up corned American pronghorn antelope. Sorry, no photos, it didn't last long enough!
