...it started about 1am this morning and by 7:30 we had about 8". I took the dogs out for a ramp in the snow. They love it. We are getting a little sleet now, maybe freezing rain a bit later then back to snow into the night. Here's a few pics...

We got some also, just a slim dusting.

Yep I would say you got some snow, :) we missed most of what they were calling for, mostly freezing rain with sleet and a little snow mixed in. :)

We got mostly wind, not hardly enough to shovel, except the walk and th driveway to the car. Then used the solar heater to get the rest (lol)!

Good pictures, Pat. Like seeing the dogs in the snow.

Most of our snow is melting fast! Though, temps will get folks lulled into a false sense of spring and then Winter will return, I hope!

Steve, the dogs love the snow. They like cold weather better too so the snow is the icing on the cake.
Ben, aren't y'all getting good moisture there this year?
Our daughter got here today after a 2 day drive from Houston. Went the whole trip with smooth sailing until she got to our property line then came to a tire spinning stop. I walked the 1800' to her car and we carried her essentials for tonight back to the house. It's gonna start raining tonight so much of the left over snow should be gone.

We had a light snow falling when I took the dog out last night and again this morning, nothing heavy or staying on the ground. Tonight we are either getting about an inch of snow or rain/sleet.

@Pat B - Ya we got a lot of snow, 17 feet at Tahoe! here at 4000 feet we got almost two feet and it has melted significantly. Reservoirs are looking better. we are definitely still not out of a drought.
