Here's a osage/hickory r/d bow I just finished up
62" ttt and around 45#@28

Beautiful bow.  Love those long sweeping tips.   Nice detail too.

Hickory backed osage is a great combo IMO and your version is a credit to the combo. Well done.  :OK

It's a very good combo, but I prefer hard maple or boo backers
