Do you know if the arrowhead in the KC chiefs logo have some relation to true historic arrowheads?
In what type of arrowhead would you list it?

I have no idea, but its the shape I always have thought of as a stone point arrowhead.

I seem to make them like that a lot and like using them

There are several points that look like that. The generic name for that type of point is "straight stemmed arrowhead" or "straight stemmed projectile point". There's probably at least one type like that found in Missouri.
