This is the Second part of the White Walnut Branch, it is 50#@ 28 67" a bit hard on the Shoulder lol, backed it with Cotton, Flax is 50 bucks a yard, Finding real silk is getting Hard. I didn't reflex this one so there is set. Hope the weather clears up so I can get somewhere good to loose some Arrows. I Hollowed the Limbs again to match the Back Radius, this is a George influenced Bow. Thanks Have a good Week.

Very nice. Tiller looks great.

Nice bow, Phillop. I love the back decorations but the tiller looks good too. What do you think of white walnut as a bow wood?
-
Thanks I really think the wood is a good Bow wood, wish it was wider, the hollowed limbs are really helping

Really nice tiller and artwork!

Good job.
Interesting to see white Walnut.. me and my brother cut a walnut in his back yard a couple of years back and were disappointed to see no lovely dark heart wood. Made a couple of bows, but the log had a huge reflex which made 'em a tad twitchy.
