Haven't touched my tools since moving to Florida but finally took the time this week. Made some preforms and one finished point. Point is made from heated flint ridge that was given to me. Felt good to knock the rust off my billet arm.

Pretty piece. You sure are getting your knapping skills figured out. looks like something right out of the Ohio river valley.

Looks good Allyn. Nice to see you are getting settled in to your new home.
Looks like you still have it.
Kinda like riding a bicycle.

Thanks guys, made a couple mistakes but all in all it went well for me. Hopefully I'll keep finding time so I can make more stuff. Received some request from my wife's coworkers for points and knives so maybe that will give me an excuse to knapp

Beautiful point Allyn. I’m always impressed by your work!

Thank you Russell, I hope one day we get to sit down and knapp together.

I’d like that Allyn :) I gotta make it out to the classic sometime soon

Lol i'm in Florida now so I don't when I'll ever make it up for the classic.

Nice point, Allyn. Doesn't look like you had to nock off too much rust. To bad I'm not in Florida anymore, it would be fun to sit down with you and beat some rock.

It sure would mullet, thank you.

Looks good Allyn. Welcome to Florida.
