first knife
« on: August 25, 2013, 12:49:14 pm »
Its my first, but definitley not my last! green glass, buckthorn handle, hafted with dogbane cordage, secured with TB2. man, this knappin thing is even funner than making bows. Today I'll hopefully get my hands on some real rock, wish me luck on my hunt! I was originally gonna make this one just a point, but I got a little too excited and made it a bit lopsided, then I realized it would look really nice as a cute little neck knife.

Nice knife.  What did you make the cordage out of?
