Tillering Question
« on: November 29, 2015, 07:20:43 am »
Hi guys here I am again with another newbie question , I'm starting to make Ferrits build a long bow
The limb thickness to start is a strait 3/4 In., every other bow that I have made I had a ruff tapper dimention say 7/8 to 3/8 or some thing similar ,so I guess my question is how to tiller ,just start scraping strait tell I get it to bend ,then scrab tappers to even bend , I guess I'm looking for pointers or insight from you guys with more exsperience ,  I have made 4 board bows & 1 maple stave bow is my exsperience level , Thanks for all the help from you guys it's realy appreciated.
