   Cowboy,So far it's worthless.Christie's and other auction places have never seen a land find or one in that good of shape.I have almost 10 grand invested authenicating it.That's why I no about the hogs in florida.

That is a cool piece you have there. I hope you do get a value on it.

What do you suppose this will do to the upcoming movie "The Legend of Hogzilla"? Why would anyone make a movie like that, anyway? :)

Jimmy,The stones are jelly and fire opals from Mexico. They are rough on the surface.The people we had authenticate it said it was probally from being worn under mail.On the back it says Otilia,Ortiz, and Wimslow.We were told the pieces were probally inscribed with the names of people owed money.Otilia is a Portuguese woman's name and Wimslow is English.Names of the 40 Portuguese and 1 Englishman, mercenaries, were not named on the manifest.Another deadend trieing to prove it was with DeSoto's trip.

Well don't give up. The name Wimslow may turn up somewhere.....you never know...maybe someone in a museum somewhere will have the answers. Wow...wouldn't that be cool
