Hey NP, I've always enjoyed your posts on here...curious if you would mind sharing the cost / source of that gorgeous .452 DAQ, American custom made gun?

Cheers!

If you manage to get into the annual list ( he makes 50 guns a Year ) his guns are about 650 bucks, on the second hand market the value doubles, on this one I fabricated the forearm grip, I got some wood aftermarket pistol grips and adapter/AR buttstock, if I had to put this gun on the market would be for 1500 Bucks  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Just out of curiosity, how loud are these large caliber air rifles?  I know they are not silent by any stretch of the imagination, but just how loud of a report to they create?

This has gotten me wondering...Anybody every tried mongoose hide for a string?

Too much time hunting to make bows? Lol. Is there too much time taken hunting? Glad to see you again Manny, I look forward to seeing some of your snakey guava beauties again.  The air guns are cool too. Danny

Pellet Gun Hunting is very similar to Bow Hunting in the sense that you have to get real close to your Quarry.

where it set it apart for me is that with how accurate they are I can thread the needle in very thick cover, and the fact that I take head shots and drop them on the spot I have no risk to lose them on the mean thick California Grass that makes tracking just about impossible

With your sense of high ethics and your persistence I would expect no less.

Sadly, I live in an area known for low hunting ethics...spray and pray, hail mary shots, and such are the norm.  That ain't hunting.  Manny is the consumate predator, striking with pinpoint accuracy for quick and humane kills.  Love it!  'Sides, spoils less meat, and his nieghbors know what to do with a piggie!
