You and yours also Steve  ;) :) Had a good weekend, got caught up on all the deer processing for now, done a doe for me and Beau's last buck, Shawn showed up and Saturday we did his also. My little freezer where I keep my brain's and a few dead critters was getting full so Friday morning I laid out a bob cat and coyote head and a few other choice items  ??? ;) :) the bob cat came from a friend in the club killed last year and the Coy. head was one DaveO[otis] killed I think. I let them thaw and after I got the deer processed I went to work on them. I wished I had done a video of Annie's reaction to the cat and coy dog head, she would sniff and I could stomp my feet and she would take off like a rocket, I got a good laugh out of her.  :)

Got about 34 lbs of burger and 22 lbs of steak and back strap for me and Beau , also 4 shoulders. Shawn's deer had some issues but we work through it and got a pretty good pile on meat for him also.

Beau brought Margaret Ann and Bodhi with him, they had a great time at the creek and around the fire, Margaret Ann is still a little shy around dogs but she is coming around and they are beginning to really build a love for the farm. :) Then on to the cat and dog, :) :) I was working on the heads and other stuff and Shawn was skinning the cat, the guy that gave it to me field dressed it ??? :-\ so couldn't tub it, guess I will make a rug or something. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to you Pappy, Miss Joanie, and the rest of the Twin Oaks Crew.  Bad weather is rolling in for later in the week in Western NY.  Lots of snow off the lake.  Not sure how much hunting we will get in.

How do those coyote brats taste, Pappy?   ;D   I saw a video where Clay Hayes cooked up a bobcat he shot and he said it was pretty good.  I think I'd have to be pretty hungry.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and the family.

No Yot for me WB, didn't eat this cat either but have eat Bob Cat back strap, Eddie Parker brought some to a hog hunting camp one time, it wasn't bad but I didn't go back for seconds. Ya that would be cool Bob, wished I was a sewer, may talk to Becki Parker and try and make a trade.  :) Got to get it stretched and tanned first. Going to try and brain tan , I have done some mink/coon and they turned out OK, tough to brain tan , hair on or at least it has been for me but this hide is pretty thing so we will see how it goes. :)
