Thanks for all the nice comments.

Very nice little bow! How was Walnut to work with? I have a few staves of it and thinking about using one for a Franken bow I need to make. Patrick

I found black walnut nice to work with.  My tools of choice are a rasp and scraper.  I recently ruined a black walnut stave with a draw knife.  Tears out easily (at least for me)

Glad to see you've found some time to be in that neat shop of yours Mike. I've been laid up but as soon as I get heat back in my shop...I'm gonna get after that BL you gave me.
