Very nice !!! One looks like obsidian, what is the other one made from ??

one is obsidion and that other is flinthills chert from NE K.S.

Those are really nice Pappy/Jesse.  I'm going to try and make me some blades from the rock I got for Fathers' Day.  It's all premium stuff and I'm a little intimidated by the thought of beating on expensive rock.   ???  Oh well, it's just rock.  I can only hope for similar results.

Those are nice..........really like the "snakey" obsidian blade.
