I will be heading up from GA on Tuesday after I kick my seniors out of the classroom at 3:30 p.m.  I should arive around 9:00 p.m. or so.  I'll be camping.  I can't wait to get there.  I have been counting down the days and chomping at the bit.

Good thinking about the moisture protection, Patrick. I can almost guarantee moisture of one kind or another! ;)
Greg, I'm not surprised that you made sure that fireside rule was in effect! ;D

Yeah Pat, I was considering adding an adendum to the rule that stated a certain percentage of all campfire food must be brought up to the bow makin' shed for taste sampling... ;D

Hillbilly, bring on the music! We all like the picking and grinin'! ;)

Maybe the moisture for this years Classic will only be a heavy overnight dew...although I wouldn't bet on it.

Say, Pappy, King Ron or one of the other Twin Oaks people. Can you put me asside a peice of hickory that I could build a warbow out of or a Eastern flatbow out of? I'm going to aim for a warbow design of arround 80# at 30" draw length or an Eastern style longbow/flatbow arround 50# at 27" draw.

Thanks guys!

I'm hoping my Tuesday evening start of the Classic timeframe for me isn't pushed back some. I've got a project coming up that is being pushed by upper management that doesn't know or care what it takes in time to accomplish work. The Product Engineering team has worked on it for months, and when they have their work done I've been asked to implement it to production in days, I don't know for sure the timing yet...I guess in these times one should feel fortunate to have a job, but sometimes...okay, enough venting.
