Hey Curt, This will be my 5th trip down there. I have to make sure the local Geotechnical Drillers get the kind of samples we need to design a new Phosphogypsum stack. Not many companies know how to use this equipment and I do. ;D China and India is in the future also.
Trey, the Boa's are protected there, I saw some big ones the last trip down.

Frank, they are all over Florida and they sure aren't protected there ;D. We are drilling up there to install vibrating piezometers. It measures the water depth and pressure. This stack has fallen into the river twice. I have also installed inclinometers in the past so they can see if it starts to move. Then we can tell them how high they can stack it and at what angle. I was here 8 years ago, it was only 160' high.

What you can't see is the ponds on top that are full of acidic water. It makes for good fish kills.

Eddie, are you talking "stack" as in smoke stack, or stack, as in big dirt pile?

Hah,hah, Mike that is funny you found our website.  The site in Santos, Brazil is the first one I worked at in Brazil, in 1990. I've been on all the other ones in those pictures.
