We have 8 more inches on the ground and it's coming down thick at 18 degrees. Wind is 40-50 mph. Lucy saw a flock of Robins yesterday, hope they make it.

Rub it in, Eddie. High today here is supposed to be in the mid-twenties with sub-zero windchill.

We had a little sleet yesterday but nothing much. Cold and blustery today but with bright sunshine.

This is probably more  cold weather than weve had in the last 6 or 7 years combined.Ron
If we can't help each other what is the point of being here?

Was in Asheville yesterday at 10:00 when it started coming down. I lit out for Avery County and when I hit the climb into the mountains on a two lane it was 4 wheel drive and 20 mph for the last thirty miles to home. I'm ready for spring.

We had a solid 6" here. Another beautiful snow. Since we were both at home and didn't have to go anywhere we enjoyed it like we usually do. It sure is beautiful out here in the woods with a snow like this.
