Little John cleaning a few old rusty traps and working on a powder gauge for his new horn. Gifts for Elm hall. I was supposed to make a bow out of some Elm we cut up there last year but the stave went bad  >:( so I decided to just take some other gifts, hope they will make them a few bucks. ;) :)

Just got back from Denton Hill.  Pappy, tell Michael that a set of his ILF longbow limbs made it into the hands of a Yankee.  I got them from Big Jim.  I went back the next day to buy the other pair with the Twin Oaks logo on them, but they were gone at that point.

Miss Barb and Davey camped with us and had a great time.  He must have seen a dozen people that he knew from the Classic.  One guy chased him down in the big tent, calling "Mister, Mister, Mister remember me you helped me make a bow at the Classic. Best bow I own."  Davey was prouder than a puppy with 2 peters after that.  He beamed for the rest of the day.

Have a safe trip and see you in December,

Glenn

Man I had a BLAST this weekend! Thank you pappy for letting me stay at the cabin. I hate I won't be up there much in August but I can't wait until September to work on some arrows and get my bow finished up.

HAHA! A smile like the Cheshire cat, no doubt...:) Glenn, hope you and all the gang up north are well. Please tell Dave and Barb I said hello. Id like to try and make it to land Of The lakes this year...if I can swing on more trip without getting divorce papers. :)
