Yes it is Chief, the first one I won ,all I needed was a 6 point and it took 5 years, could seem to only kill 5s or 7s. Then the next one all I needed a 7 point for 6 years. It was a lot of fun, I would say aw heck when I would get to a down deer and it would be an 8. Like I said you don't need to be a trophy hunter if you want to win this thing. ;) Had a great few days with Dave[Otis] chasing Turkey, no turkey for us but heard and saw several and had a great time in the woods and around the fire, we also ate like kings thanks to Dave.Headed to the farm to do some mulch work before the rain comes back this evening. ;) :)

Stormy here this morning but headed down just the same, got a lot of mulch work done yesterday and a big trailer load waiting under the shed to spread today if the rain stops. Won't be able to finish hauling until it dries out a bit, I had it staged in the upper field and can't get to it when the field is wet, should have thought more about that before I put it there. ??? O well , got plenty more to do to keep me busy. ;) :) Hope yall have a good one also. Life is Good. :)

Life is indeed good! Demonstrating at the local Gem and Mineral show tomorrow. Then over to the Pacific coast for a few days to celebrate 25 years with my wife! Bright and Shiny here in Yosemite! Y'all have a gooder!

Good to hear from you Ben, glad all is going well. Had a good and busy weekend, not much going on in the shop but the place is beginning to come together. Did manage to get another knife rough out but spent most of my time with mulch and getting other thing around there ready for the Classic. Took only a few pictures. :)

Pavilion ready, new sign for the shower, shop pretty much straightened up and Will took some time to look for some scrooms. It's that time of year. :) Hope yall had a good one also, now off to the Doctor and then to the farm. Life is Good.

Thanks BJ, had a good check up he said I might just make it another few years. ;) Yep Easter weekend, a special time for sure. Hope all will remember why. :) Headed to the Cabin in a little bit, raining here now so plan on working on getting the shop in order. I always like to have it in shape before the Classic, Lord knows it won't be after. ;) :) :) Getting a lot of calls and the long range weather looks pretty good for now so hopefully we will have another good one. See yall soon. Life is Good. :)

Great weekend but no pictures this week, I am sure I will make up for them after the Classic. I am in and out at the cabin all week and will go to stay this Friday and be there through the 6th of May. See some of yall soon and the others that can't make it will be missed. ;) Life is Good. :)
