Cowboy, if you're only 6 hours away...you for sure ought to drop on by for a visit! ;)

Pat and Hillbilly, I know I could use some personalized instruction on cane arrow manufacture! I'd like to increase my success ratio on finished arrows above 50% if I could.

Just remembered that Ron (Knothead) needs a 58" string...I'll try and make him one tonight if I don't forget. ;)

Congrats to Beau and Christina, and also to you and Miss Joanie. Won't make it to the shoot, but whats your schedule for August on the weekends. I like to come down on a Thursday to Sunday thing. So you can git me to make a bow without a belt sander. let me know, I call ya anyway. Also can I send Beau and Christina a card to your house and you git it to them. I don't know if they left yet. Well talk to later, thanks Pappy. tell Greg and Nothead hello for me

Another great post Pappy.  Every time I look at your pictures, I see and learn something new.  What kind of contraption is that the fellow (can't tell who it is with their head down) using to grind feather shafts?  Is it something you guys came up with or is it "store bought"?
