Looks like I really missed out on a lot of fun! I spent the weekend with familly down at Real Foot Lake on a not so serious fishing trip. My brother-in-law caught one trash fish and that was it. I didn't even get a bite...confirms my decision I made a long time ago to stick to hunting. We did enjoy the cypress trees on the lake, saw a lot of wildlife including a eagle, and family enjoyed some boating time. Had a good fish and frog leg dinner at one of the local restaurants...

I glued a set of snake skins on a bow I'm making for an old buddy the morning I left for the lake. Got them trimmed off after returning home yesterday afternoon...so I got a little bit accomplished. ;)

Actuality it did.He shot it on a ridge coming up right torward him and he shot it in the face at 10/15 yards,it flipped backwards all the way down to the creek. I trimmed the feathers and dried them by the fire ,they turned out fine,That's what I like about Wild Turkey feathers. :)
