I'm drooling on my keyboard!  I can't wait to get down there even if there is snow. I kinda like the stuff. Only about 9 more weeks for me.
Looks like Life Is Good.

I'm counting down the days Jesse! Don't worry about chasing the toms off, now that you know how to call they are in big trouble. With you sneaking skills and a little calling they are going to fall. I can't wait. I went to our club today and shot Little Help. I'm still waiting on Eric V. to get my strings make, so I'm shooting it without a nock point on the string I have one it. It shoots good! Just have some up and down now and then. We don't have as much snow as you guys do. Suppose to get more Tuesday. Take care and I'll see you guys in a few weeks.

Man, I can't wait for Turkey Season. And I have a bad feeling my season is going down the Dumper. The date for me to go to Brazil is pushed back to March and I'm going to be gone at least a month. I'm still hoping to make it to Pappy's the first of April.

I don't believe there are True Turkeys or any Sub Species in Brazil....The Oscillated Turkey are in the Yucatan...but I think that is as far as Turkey of any kind Range in the Americas...but I have been known to be wrong a time or two.......ain't that right Pat.................... ;D
As a species we're fundamentally insane. Put more than two of us in a room, we pick sides and start dreaming up ways to kill one another. Why do you think we invented politics and religion.

Ya it was a great weekend, don't get this stuff much in TN. so we too advantage of it.Got a lot of other stuff done also.We got about 4 or 5 inches and the temps were in singalnumbers in the morning so it was chilly.I got the Joe/Hawk bow finished, all but a few more coats of sealer, also
Jimmy got a Hackberry laid out and I put it on the form to straighten and reflex,Jesse got his hoe mounted and woody made some antler buttons for his gun case.We ate good and shot a lot so you can't hardly beat that. I was alittle worried about the glue I used on the take down sleeve so I pinned it ,i feel sure it will be fine now,I also got another hide ready to tan.  :) :)Here are some pictures of the weekend.Hope yall had a good one also. :)
