next week so I am sure we will eat good.um.I'll have a lot of pictures of the camp
and all the fellowship going on and maybe even a deer or 2. :)

I hate it that Grants bow failed...sure was a pretty one. Hope yall have good luck at LBL. Jeff missed an 8 point Saturday afternoon over at Keith's.

Merry Christmas everyone! :)

Dropped by the club this morning and dropped off the Twin Oaks Auction Bow (it's resting in the heat box) so Pappy could continue where I stopped on the tillering. He, BigA and I are each contributing some work on it and plan to auction it to help support the club.

I'm sure Pappy will crank this thread back up in the next couple of days with lots of pictures from his LBL hunt. I think he just got back home yesterday. :)

Well just got back and had a ball,no deer killed but several missed.I think me and Gary were
The only ones without a shot.We wound up with about 15 in and out.3 from NY. 1 from MI.
AND 3 FROM WEST Tn. and several from around home and Nashville. The weather was good only had rain 1 day and got to take down camp in the dry.We eat like kings every day.Had clobber
and pineapple upside down cake cooked in the black pot for desert.Chad and Big A miss nice bucks and Grant and Davy lost 2 doe.Hunter THE YOUNGEST OF THE GROUP  [9] got his first Trd. shots he missed 3 deer but you would have thought he got them as excited as he was. Here are
some pictures of us and camp. :)

At least he didn't go home empty handed. :) and most of the group some had went home.
Life is good. :) :) Now back to work. Can't wait till Friday.

Looks like you guys had a great time and got some action to boot! BigA said this may be the last year for that location because of plans to set up an area for an elk herd in area 12.

This was only my first "wuss out"...I had to work in 2006 during the Holidays, so that doesn't count! ;D I didn't get any deer either, but finished the 2nd hhb bow.  ;)

Yup....sure was fun. I didn't even mind watching that buck swerve out of the path of my arrow....well, not too much anyway.  ;D

I couldn't think of a better way to end 2007. I wish I could have stayed until Sunday.
