Playing music downtown until 2 AM and then getting up at 5AM makes for a sleepy Singing Bowyer.... Of course, a few beers and Copenhagen didn't help! Hard to catch a break with that bunch... :D

We had a good ole time, and as usual, Grant showed us why he is the universal champion. Darn gap shooters....

Had a great time at Summer Fest. I unfortunately had to leave early to pick my daughter up from work. I felt bad about not being able to stick around and help tear down. A big Thank you to Pappy, Greg, and Anthony for helping me with my bow. I wish I would have brought my bow to shoot but I still had fun.

Had a great weekend.Friday night Greg and the boys came down to stay the weekend. We got some bow work done and cooked up some deer roast and taters.Had a good fire and a good time.Sat morning we had a club shoot,a bunch of the guys came down and had another great
time. All of selfbows guys shot well.even tho we didn't win we made them widow boys sweat.Greg worked on one of his recurves and is coming along pretty well.Had to straighten the tips some and got that done.I laid out a Osage stave and straightened and put in some reflex, also built Allason a Osage I had been promosing her for a while.15@15 48 in. tip to tip,got a grip on and put her some horn nocks on ,she will be pleased.I will get some pictures when I give it to her.She is 5.Steve got his snake bow tillered, didn't turn out prefect tiller but is a sweet shooter.8UP got his Hickory almost finished and laid out another. Also picked up 1 more stave and got it cut out ,he is truly 8up with it.I finished tillering my B.L bow and it turned out nice 51@26.I need to finish it grip and tips and maybe turn up the tips.Pictures later. For supper Sat. we had pork Tenderloin over the fire and taters. Also Greg mad a FINE Blackberry cobbler. We shot allot and tweaked and straightened a lot of bow and had time to shoot a lot of bull.Anthony worked on a Osage bo backed bow and looks like it will be a real shooter. He got it tillered and just needs to finish it up.
All in all it was a great weekend.Life is good.Lots of pictures so bare with me.Also there is one that show our kids, most kids play in a sand box ours plan in a Osage dust pile. :)

Looks like another good weekend. Like Ryan said, wish it wasn't so far down there. Now explain to me why I spend more time staring at the pics of the hawg tenderloins and taters than I do looking at the bows..........? :) Oh, and what sort of crustacean was that y'all were bilin' up in the co-cola can?
