Pappy nice new shed.  I dont think even Gary Davis could hit his head on that, by the way it looks.
I call a lot of people brother, but only count a few as family.

Dana, last weekend was nice and warm...even saw a few folks wearing t-shirts out. This weekend is supposed to be cold with mixed precip. Not the best weather for our first bow shoot of the year, but we'll persevere! :)

I'm bringing a space heater for the pavilion and we may need to try out Grants new fire pit.
Life will still be good just cold. ;)

Grant, I'd better stay in the bowshed working on hickory staves...I might come around and provide some morale support though...what time did you say dinner will be served?  ;)

Well this should be interesting if nothing else.We have a 2 day shoot this weekend and
they are calling for 4 inches of snow with winds up to 30mph out of the N-W.I don't know
how much time I will have in the shop, but I bet I will find time to get around the fire. ;D
Don't have any big plans except getting through this shoot.I need to be with Greg in the shop
working on Hickory but Me and BigA are going to be confined to the kitchen.I did get a finish on the Osage I have been working on ,so I think it is done and all I like on the take down is a grip
so I may find time in between burgers to make a grip.We are headed out to the TTAS banquet
next Friday for the weekend so time is getting tight but we will manage.Hope yall have a great
weekend as I am sure we will.Pictures Monday.Life is good. :)

Well it was interesting, just like I thought. We had a storm come in Friday night that brought
in about 6 inches of snow and down to about 18-20 degrees. Not great weather for a archery shoot in Tennessee. It turned out alright.I had 3 boys 13-15 year old that wanted to come down and camp.never thought they would make it but the surprised me and done just fine, tough young men.
Also got both my bows finished,GregB got a lot of stave's worked out so even tho the shoot didn't go as well as I would have liked it wasn't a complete flop.We wound up wit over a hindered
and that ant bad considering the weather. It snowed till noon Sat and was all gone by Sunday
evening. Here are some pictures.Life is good. :) :) I also got a grip made for my take down.
