Had a fig in our green house growing up, coming out the floor of it. I always like them dried. It grows pretty well in the warm months. We always had to prune it back to keep it from taking over the entire greenhouse.

Looking good around the farm. Be down this week some.

Ya we had a good weekend, shoot was canceled but a few of us got together to shoot the course, some of the Buck Hollow boys came over and we had a friendly competition between TwinOaks and Buck Hollow, sorry to say they won but we gave them a run for their money, they made a trophy that will travel between clubs, they got it now but we will get it back one day I hope. Of course in good humor they named it the Pappy Cup. ::) Done a lot of shooting this weekend but also got some knife and bow work done, great fun with a small gathering of good friends. Here are a few pictures. Shawn and Mark showed up for some bow tweaking. Our new member to the Club [Bucky Frost] after retiring from the Army went in business with his Dad making honey, he brought me some and man is it good. Also got both my new blades treated and handles fitted. ;)

On the way over to the farm the Turkey's were out if force, over 20 hens in the field and 5 tom's in full strut right above my pond. Also while we waited on mark's bow to cool and my blades we went out and shot the practice range, of course Shawn took us to school as he usually does. ;) :)

Done a dumb thing, which is not uncommon for me, :o put my epoxy close to the fire to warm a bit, well it warmed alright so I had to put my hidden tang knife together with resourceanal [bad spelling , but it's another type glue] It worked fine but am waiting on epoxy for the scales. ;)
The other Mark showed up for some shooting and arrow work.

Scott done the cooking, hard to beat a good burger. Then the crowd left and I put some finishing touches on my new Osage bow and me and the girls went out and shot the practice course again, very nice peaceful evening. Shawn brought me back some more rock off the beach of Hawaii,, he can chime in and tell you what they are, I use them for sanding stones on my hide work, they work great. Hope yall had a good weekend also.I know I did. Not sure what tomorrow holds but I know who holds tomorrow :) so Life is Good. ;) :)
