That is a shame. Not like you dont have more wood. They were purty nice billets, make a nice bow quiver brace stick now.

I wrote them yesterday about shipment. They are get with me next day or so. I would think they gotta ship soon?

Had a great weekend, not many visitor's , just a few hard core folks, but had a good time and got a lot done in the shop. Here are a few pictures. ;) Got my snake bow walking stick and quiver done , except for the finish. ;)

My 2 bows shot in and ready for skins and finish. 1 came in 50@26 and the other 53@26. I wanted some a little heaver than I normally shoot which is about 45@26 for Beau and my Elk /Mule deer hunt this coming September so these should fit the bill. Clean and smooth to shoot, nothing fancy, just a good reliable  bow. ;) Hope yall had a good one also. Life is Good. ;) ;)

Bow looks good. Wet yes, I'm going to go out later today for the Gobs.

Need to put this "Wuhan Cure" bow on the form again. Tips are flipped but have to line up this upper limb a bit. Those big dished valleys on the back are really hard to deal with in tiller. Get it just a hair to thin in center of belly and its gonna do like Michael's but worse.

Somethin to be said for nice concentric growth rings I reckon.
