Keith and Shawn killed some nice deer with self bows and also a good friend of mine, Joe came to hunt with me using the Bow Shawn and I reworked for him, he didn't kill anything but had a good time all the same. :)

The hoofs on Keith's 10 point were almost clear, very cool for sure. Lots of skinning and processing meat last couple of weeks. I have done almost 80 lbs of burger I will use for brats this winter and Shawn has done almost the same, plus we have done a couple more for others to help them out, we just enjoy doing it and saving our friends some money. :)Times are kind of tough for lots of folks right now. :)

We done one up in burger for our good friend Terry. Dave  [Otis] showed up for a few days of hunting, he didn't kill anything but had some very very close encounters. What a cook he is also, we ate like Kings all week. ;) :)

Shane and Chris showed up from FL. for the week, Shane brought me a 90 inch belt sander that came from his Dads shop, nice piece of equipment, thanks Shane it is much appreciated. Chris went out the second day and killed a nice but weird racked 11 point with his widow. Nice deer 130 lbs. :)

I even took the time to flesh some hides and tails. Also cut some splices for Shawn's billets, they turned out nice and should make a good bow.
The knives were all gifted to me at one time our another and stay on my skinning/boning table all winter. I have many more but these are my favorite for this job.  ;)

We processed Chris's deer to make it easier to take home, brats for supper and lots more burger made up. Keith killed another nice 7 point that he gave me, don't understand that but lots of folks just don't want to fool with it so I take them, :-\ ??? ???  work them up and use or give them away. :) I have 3 in coolers full again of boned out deer again,so I will have another full week. :)

Big A killed a nice 6 point and a good friend of mine brought this brute in [muzzel loader] 190 lb 150 inch class 8 point, bases over 7 inches, just huge, he said I got a deal for you, skin and cape it for me and you can have the deer, like I needed another ??? but of course I took it, he got the head and cape and I got the rest, fair trade I would say. ;) ;) Seems I don't have the time to hunt like I did when I was working a real job ;) :) but one thing for sure I am enjoying what I am doing and that's all that matters. Hope yall had a good one also. Life is Good. ;) :)
