Yew handle ruff

Someone told me This Knife I made from Yew and a saw blade was to rough.

I got some saw blades I was thinking of using the same way. Very cool I like it a lot.Ronnie

I guess their idea of "primitive" is CNC machined and finished in an antique patina...?

I like it and if it does what it was intended to do, then that's all tha matters really, isn't it?

What kind of saw blade was used?

 Some people just need "shiney" to attract compliments. It looks good to me.

I used a sawsallblade. Mullet, yup they wanted it shiny so they could sell it for 3 times more but its not for sale.

i have a machette i made the exact same way. that big ole saw on the back comes in handy! especially for trappin.

Probably from a person who is too "polished" for their own good.  That is a really cool knife and a great design.  It's all about utility.
