Very cool Jamie, that looks like a ton of work.  It came out really nice.  Also I'm glad to see "Phragmites Useless" does indeed have a use.

thanks guys, rick phrag is great for blind material, and actually is a pretty good food source too. kinda like kudzu vine though, doesnt get used, so its left to take over and then poisons have to be used to control it.

young shoots are edible.. young roots can be used like potatoes. older ones ground for flour. young leaves can ground and used for a soup filler. has medicinal properties as well but i dont have a clue what they are. produces sugar that can be processed similar to maple sryup. i know it has been looked at as a bio fuel also
