That bow turned out great, I was lucky enough to give it a shot at the Classic and it zips.  Like the overlays, you changed those? I'll always remember the sound of the arrow hitting that steel drum at the Classic though!  BING! ;D

Great job getting it to bend. I'm a bit intimidated by the r/d profile, I have seen alot of them become "youth" bows. Full draw is classic. way to go.

David really knows what he is doing on those. Gets all the hard stuff out of the way, so we can finish the grunt work. He knows how to glue up a pretty bow.

Very nice indeed! I love the constrast of the two colors and that Ipe is very nice looking stuff. I hope to get my hands on some of it soon cause I plan on doing exactly what you just did. Ipe and bamboo backing glued up on my caul in a hybrid reflex/deflex design. That's my plan anyway for my next build.
