Missing August/September Issue

Hi, can you please tell me to whom I should address emails regarding the non arrival of the magazine?

I addressed and sent one to the same person as I did when an earlier issue failed to arrive. The message was sent 5 days ago but I have not yet received a reply or an acknowledgment of my problem.

I feel your pain.  I ordered mid-June and have yet to receive an issue...  :'(  Guess I gotta go pick the August issue up and hope the next one comes.

I still have not heard from anyone and its been almost 2 weeks since I first posted about this.  I discovered that PA has a separate system in their "contact us" that I used to inform them of the problem but alas no response from that route. Is everyone on holiday????

I just wanted to thank Ann for looking into my subscription concerns, and to Marie for sending out a complementary Aug/Sept issue that I was missing.  You ladies are great! :)
