New Knife For Me...

I just finished this caper/small game hunter.  The blade is reclaimed saw steel that was clay quenched, etched in vinegar, and then rubbed with pumice powder and water on my fingertip.  The scales are of streaked horn with a frost finish.  The sheath has been ebonized (i.e. blackened) using the etching solution the blade was treated in and then waxed.  Thanks for looking!

WHOA!! I've seen a lot of great knives on here, but the bar was just raised in my knife making abilities. It's got kinda a canadian belt knife handle, but lower and w/ a wider blade, love it!!  I  like your sheaths too, you've made a couple like that you've posted.  Thanks for sharing!!

Sweet knife,nice touch with the mosaicpins too.
Just watch out for spyderco lawyers for the pattern on the sheath ;D
looks just like the handle on their folders.
