Bill S. You know I can't say how shooters of the past shot these bows but I have learned to snap shoot with a floating anchor. Im sure not everyone shot these bows like that but it seems to work ok for me out to ablut 15 yards.

JonW. I uaually only add one thick layer of sinew backing unless Im making a horn belly bow then sometimes I have to add sinew in places to even out the tiller.

BarefootBH. As for the grip I am a little unorthodox as to where I put it. I never mark the center of the bow i just grab the bow and mark where it feels right in my hand.

Thanks for all the comments.

Eric

Another fine set from Indianguy!

When I first got into trad gear it was glass bows and woodies. Still love that don't get me wrong.

With that said there was still something missing, This IMO is what archery is all about.

Love your bows and set ups, I think I'm starting to like native american archery more than any aspect of it and you do it true justice for sure !
learned a great deal many things during my absence the last few years,

My god I really enjoy staring at that quiver. That would be great for those morning when me and Josh (my dog) go for a nice long run. Doesn't look menacing at all to carry around. Won't scare people. Then target practice in the fields. Wow, I rambled... :-X

Great work as always Eric. That is a fine set and those points look very long and nasty. I use both volumes of that book for inspiration myself... :)
