I was just looking at that full draw pic, bow has great string angles. That same design is even taing over the modern bow community.

I shot a Bamboo backed BL bow today that I made a few years ago, this bow here to be precise.



It's very similar to this Rosewood bow but it has some string contact, also the limbs are wider. Length is about the same, draw weight and draw length the same but there is a noticeable difference in performance. It's easy to tell the Rosewood bow is quite a bit faster.

It's been 3 years since I made this bow. I'll have to have a look in some older pictures to see if I have some of this bow before tillering. I'm not home right now and it's going to be a few days before I get back. I will let you know
