Well I tried to merge the two point styles together as seen in the photo above.  I added the serrations at the end.   Thinking about throwing it in the hat what do you all think? I might be able to make a better one this weekend.

Being the first Leighton point I have ever seen I think you hit the perverbaly nail on the head. Great point for the hat! Knap-on!
