Cabrito?  I'd almost do the skinny dipping breast stroke thru a debitage pile for some of that right about now.  I spent a week in Albuquerque last year and couldn't find a restaurant that served cabrito.  THAT just gets my goat.   >:D

I talked with George,and if you all dont mind having a couple kansas boys my son and I will be there, with tools and rock. We will leave here early morning friday, should get us there

Ahh, finally i have internet!! Hey George, i'd love to demonstrate cooking some rocks in the ground - not a problem unless it's raining or the dirt is too wet. Guys, i'm going to be loosing this laptop any time now so excuse my absence till i find another one. Keep me posted on the phone Mr. George :).
