War Arrow

Hello folks,made a few big old war arrows what i cant shoot ;D.
1/2" Poplar tapered to a 3/8 nock,33" long.
Horn insert.
9B head by John marshall.
8.5" Brown turkey fletch.

That's a cool looking arrow Loki.Your wrap on the fletching looks like it was done with a machine.

Fantastic looking arrow mate! I Love the nock.

I know the pain of trying to keep the binding nice and neat - you did an excellent job.

Thank's lads,my wrappings are by no means perfect but it's getting easier  ;D.
This arrow is from a set of three,i need to whip the last one then i'll post pic's of the bunch,thanks for the kind words.

Swept out Type 16 from Hectorn Cole (17grms),What a nasty little bugger!
1/2" Poplar shaft with a 3/8 nock.
31.5" from shoulder to nock.
33.7" from tip of head to nock.
8.5" white Turkey feathers.
2" Horn insert.

WOW.......You did some fine work on the fletching and nocks. I have been making my own for years now. I know what you went through. Great job!
