A good run of unfortunate occurrences

A good run of unfortunate occurrences

A few weeks ago my old Camry had to go in the shop, the next week our family car went in. Nothing minor either. Got that taken care of then I noticed this pain in my right shoulder get progressively worse. It would hurt when I raised my arm up. I finally went to see the  doc. He put me in a sling and sent me to the ortho. He thought it was the rotator cup. Thank goodness he was wrong. It was an ACL injury probably from last year when I hauled Osage up a steep creek on my shoulder. Then last Thursday tendinitis flared up in my left wrist. It was bad enough to where I couldn't even use my pincher grip to open a mint. And then it took a turn for more. Sunday morning I woke up feeling like I had been see sick for hours with body aches, sore throat, headache and upset stomach. I went to the doc. I didn't have the flu, but I had a flu like viral infection. Fever, chills, and pain. I felt like I wasn't going to make it. I forgot how horribly
awful  the flu can be and how much a fever can hurt. I think my fever broke this morning. At least I hope so. It's been a rough ride, but it could always be worse.

You sound like the type that rips the bandaid off all at once....well it sounds like you have all your problems for 2012 all at once.  Here's hoping the rest of the year gives you a break.
