I need to decide if I want to make a static? Guess it will depend on my recips tastes and uses of their own bows. Im a sucker for statics though!
Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.

I dont know but I was drooling over that last static you posted!! Ooo lala!!  :o

Got about 3 yeller sticks chased and standing at parade rest waiting for the bite of my hatchet and draw knife. Wish I was confident enough to give my recipient the benefit of some different wood choices, but hedge will have to do.   ::)

I have two bows to finish, before I can start the trade bow.  But I am feeling motivated.  This trade is already generating some awesome energy on the site.

I'm out of the orange King :(
Been chasing rings on a couple of black locust and a mulberry stave and preparing a hackberry which I also have to chase a ring on due
to one stinkin' borer. Also considering my last buckthorn stave which has some issues that might not make it suitable for a trade bow. Doing this so I have some options ready when I draw my recipients name and do my research so I can pick a wood and bow style.
Yeah I feel the energy around this trade, my 1st trade and I'm excited. Gonna be some big fun! ;D

I'm waiting to see who my victim is before I even pick out a wood, waiting on the name sucks but I know how long it takes to get them out, Bub

That cracked me up.  I had those three wood choices in mind also.  I hope my person likes a bright yellow that slowly fades to dark orange.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left
