To the coast and back

Went out to the west coast. Vancouver island shot the N.A.L.S and got a little salmon fishing in. 10 days off in a row. Dan's first salmon. The group Dan aka SkinnyD myself and Bob. Our humble camp..

Thanks. It was a lot of fun. Coupla flatlanders out on the chuck.
Mullet- WWII Canadain army tent stamped 1943. Father in law bought it a auction sale 14 yrs ago in a big pile of crap. Discovered a tent at the bottom not bad for $10. Dragged that thing across 2 states and 3 provinces lotta miles.

Steve you are 100% right on the alder smoke  8) Did up a slab for Miss Kerrie last night with a rice pilaf Mmmmmmmmmmm... Made a few points.. Lord knows I could use'em.. Waited till after supper to spring the news I got drawn for elk  O:) She was ok with that as she loves elk meat 8)
